The Paneer tikka taco is absolutely delicious. My new go to no question about it. Generous portion of paneer and sauce. If you have not tried it, you're missing out

My friend has been consistently raving about the paneer tacos here, so when I went to visit we had no choice but to try them out. The good news? They were great-- A+ tacos all the way. Our second choice of taco, however, was a bit iffier. In the spirit of trying new things, we chose to also get the samosa tacos, thinking that if they were even half as good as the paneer tacos they'd be well worth it. Well folks, I fear they were not even half as good as the paneer tacos. They were quite literally just samosas wrapped in naan bread with like 1-2 other things and not nearly enough sauce. the samosas themselves were good, but they didn't feel at all cohesive with the taco. I admire the creative effort, but maybe try to perfect it before releasing it to the public. 5 stars for the innovative menu and the paneer tacos, -1 for the poorly executed samosa taco.

Had the tikka paneer tacos tonight and they was so amazing. 2 enormous tacos oozing with exotic Indian flavor that filled me right up for about 12 dollars with the tip. That's a deal right there . Oh and it was ready in less than 5 minutes so that's an extra bonus to the deal as well. I really want to come back here one day, but it's not guaranteed tho as I cannot stand the parking downtown, but I will definitely never forget the tacos I had here.

I don't know how I've gone this long without writing a review for Madras Dhaba especially when you consider how much I love this place! Nestled in a food truck park on East 6th street, it is difficult to find parking and the hours can be weird on some days but my god, its so worth it! I always get the tikka paneer tacos and they hit the spot EVERY single time! It's usually pretty quick and they are open late at night. On top of that, their tacos SLAP and are super filling (you get two).

It's been a few years since we've had a chance to come back and try madras dhaba! They've managed to keep the flavor consistent over the course of the few years the trucks been around. I tried their paneer tikka tacos and they were not bad. I wish the tacos were a bit more spicy that would definitely elevate the flavors to a new level. Service is fast and they are open sure late! If you are in the area & are craving tacos with a "Desi" twist.. give this truck a shot! The food truck park also has other options .. so a great spot to come with a crowd! There are options for everyone to enjoy!

I will dream about these chicken tikka tacos for a long time! One of the best things I've ever eaten! These tacos can be found in a super cute food truck area in Austin! We came for dinner pretty late, so we received our food fairly quickly! We loved the food truck area and being able to eat in the middle of the action - I can't wait to have these the next time I'm in Austin!

Authentic quick Indian food on wheels. Every time we come down to Austin, we try to stop here as it has one of the most delicious Indian dishes. We have tried their panner tacos, Chana masala tacos and biryani and all are so delicious. Their sitting area has plenty of space to sit, they also offer verity of soda and bottle water. If you're in Austin do stop and enjoy the food.

One of the best Indian food trucks I have been to. The food here is incredible, so flavorful and not a bad price. I got the Channa Masala tacos. The channa masala was so flavorful, tons of depth to the dish. The taco part was Paratha which was super soft and moist and flaky. Such a great dish. I love the fusion.

Madrasdhaba specializes in a unique twist on traditional offerings, presenting an impressive array of Indian-inspired tacos. The menu features delights such as the Paneer Tikka Taco, Channa Masala Taco, and Chicken 65 Taco, each priced affordably between $10.99 and $11.99. The fusion of Indian spices nestled in a taco shell makes for a culinary experience that is both familiar and exhilarating.

But the innovations don't stop there! The Samosa Taco offers a playful take that intrigues guests, even if some find it a tad less cohesive than the star taco. “It’s a creative effort,” one reviewer noted, suggesting that while this taco was not as memorable as the Paneer version, it's an exciting approach to fusion cuisine.

Beyond just tacos, Madrasdhaba offers Paratha, a deliciously layered bread that complements any meal. And to wash it down, don't forget to indulge in the refreshing Mango Lassi, a yogurt drink that offers the perfect balance of sweetness—a must-try for anyone looking to quench their thirst.
